RST
This is an interesting question. I am eager to see an answer to it Today, during my own composing session, I am working with quintuplet eights in a 2/4 measure. I want to simply subdivide the first 5h into 2 16th notes while maintaining the quintuplet. How to notate? There are various ways - such as... (5q 5q 5h 5h 5h 5h) (5q_5q 5h 5h 5h 5h) This seems "close" to what you seek: (3q_3q_3q 3q 3h) But, it is really not ideal from the perspective of notation. Seems like a more detailed discussion would be interesting.
Stephane Boussuge
This is good: (5q = 5h = = =) or you can use ratios (1/20 1/20 1/10 1/10 1/10 1/10) RST
