Hi,

Using diatonic-chord

Is there a work around to be able to omit 3rd from a chord, as I don't see any defined explicitly with omit 3rd. Are all the chords defined somewhere accessible that I could add more?

thanks

I was thinking rather than add every possibility, it may be better to alter the function to operate on a syntax to remove intervals, where you can suffix any chord with -3, and then the 3rd is removed.

:c I13 = c4e4g4bb4d4f4a4

:c I13-3 = c4g4bb4d4f4a4

I guess you could do this to remove any interval such as -5 or -11.

Maybe even chain them I13-3-11

At Juilliard they taught us in figured base to remove 3rds, we could either cross out the number that referred to the 3rd, or write "no 3rd".
