david
fantastic Stéphane!! it sometimes reminds me of Dutilleux first symphony or poem de l'extase of Scriabine. thank you!
RST
Is there score to follow along with?
Stephane Boussuge
The Dorico score is actually absolutely not finished, remain a lot of edition everywhere..... I'm not sure I will do it, only if an orchestra want to play the piece
RST
I fully understand. It is SO MUCH work. Just thought I would ask - "just in case." Stephane Boussuge

Je ne suis pas sûr que je le ferai, seulement si un orchestre veut jouer le morceau Dear Stéphane, Are you experiencing any issues with importing dynamics via XML export from OM into Dorico? for my part, I only have certain articulations... Yes, Dorico is totally unable to import Dynamics from OM.... I'm using Musescore to get a first xml file and finally send from Musescore to Dorico, or most of the time, I'm using Sibelius to render my Orchestral scores with NotePerformer. david
apparently sibelius also does not recognize dynamics from OM from OM isi ok from sibelius
Stephane Boussuge
Indeed for that case. Anyway, the final score always needs edition whatever the tools you use.
david
Do you know if it is possible to interface Noteperformer and OM?

Not directly but if you use the function musicxml-to-editor it is very simple.
david
yes I know but I tell you some dynamics are not right I mean to interface in midi like VSL just for noteperformer sounds like REWIRE would do with Logic (sounds) and Sibelius (notation)
david
ok, Noteperformer works only with final, sibelius and dorico, it is marked on the website!;-(
Stephane Boussuge
Yes but it is very easy to replace the Opusmodus score display by Sibelius with musicxml-to-editor function. here's a short video. The first time you start it, Sibelius take a bit of time to launch but once Sibelius started , it is almost instant for Sibelius to display OM score and play it with NP. Quoi qu'il en soit, la partition finale a toujours besoin d'être éditée quels que soient les outils utilisés. thank you stéphane! indeed it works well with Sib unfortunately I don't have it on this computer. but it is possible to do everything on OM. maybe one day REWIRE OM and Sibelius!!! OM does not work with Noteperformer! and I gave up VSL because it was too complicated with changes to ilok! in your video it seems to work but try to put dynamic with crescendo for example p<ff or p<f logically you will have the same problem as me. jesele
rewire is dead as far as I know. not being supported anymore. Jesper

Stephane Boussuge
You have the VSL so you can drive directly the VSL from OM, this works perfectly. OM-Playback.mp4 opmo and RST
