The respell version is a little better.

Ricordi goes a special way in the original.

I'am aware that this is a very special case and not very urgent to change.

It looks more or less the same in Lilypond, so I guess it has to be like this and I'am just not used to it, sorry for the noise!

Opusmodus notation is designed in first place to help the composer with the work.

To make this kind change to the notation you will need to use a dedicated scorewriter software like Sibelius or Finale.
