JulioHerrlein reacted to opmo in Unfold method in ‘om for chord inversion
(setf chord 'c4e4g4) (chord-inversion 1 chord) => (e4g4c5)
Root position and 1st inversion together:
(chord-inversion 1 chord :root t) => (c4e4g4 e4g4c5)
However, requesting the third inversion with option :series T and :root T, will give us four chords, and so on.
(chord-inversion 3 chord :root t :series t) => (c4e4g4 e4g4c5 g4c5e5 c5e5g5)
We can also rotate the chords downwards in pitch, for example the rotation of the third order below:
(chord-inversion -3 chord :root t :series t) => (c4e4g4 g3c4e4 e3g3c4 c3e3g3)

Just wanted to add how excited I am for a Windows version, despite that I'm already running Opusmodus on a MacBook (still prefer creating music on my desktop PC)!

You are difficult , i think that what Janusz achieve almost alone as a little company is very exceptional and we should be grateful to him for the great software he made available to us instead of focusing to irrelevent points.

JulioHerrlein reacted to AM in Parallel Upgrade/Install?
"Wow, this is really disappointing. It is again showing how poor the company behind OM communicates. It seems not necassary to have an official announcement placed at the day people can use the new version. Is it too much to ask for an update note on the official webpage?" Om-Chanting on "Baroque 415Hz" could help

JulioHerrlein got a reaction from j111 in How to apply different voicings over a chord progression
Dear David,
Now Opusmodus have a function called drop-voicing that do all the stuff described here. Yes, my book can be very useful for jazz. Here is a testimonial by one of my favorite artists, Ben Monder. Ben played with Paul Motian, David Bowie, Maria Schneider Jazz Orchestra and also The Bad Plus.

Hi,
I discovered this post!
You chords are already inversions...an example would have been simpler with (c4e4g4b4)
like this...I am about to buy your book "combinatorial harmony";-))
