Hi, Does anyone know of a good way to sort a list of pitches so I get a list of all the quartertones and another list of all the semitones? Or maybe a function that tests if a pitch is within the twelve semitones or not? Thank you Anders

I wanted to use PS excactly for drafting and sketching. It sometimes is a bit easier than to start defining an entire score and so on... The UVIWorkstation is a little but quirky when it comes to microtonality, but it would be nice to be able to use the PS for some quick sketching with instrument-sets. But it can work with the def-score as well of course

I'm trying to use the pitchbend over midi ports option. Normally when I do this in a score with def-score it works as long as I give it a list of midi ports. I'm sending it to UVI workstation that doesn't support MTS or any sort of inbbuild microtonality, but with pitchbend it works fine, I just run four instances of the plugin, and each recieves the apropriate noteon and pitchbend messages. But when using the ps function, it doesn't seem to work. But it works when I do it in a score, with same music and an instrument that is similar to what I posted above. With the list of four ports and so on...

Hi, I'm trying to send out microtonal midi via pitchbend on four different channels. It works when I do it in score with def-score, but I can't get it to work with the ps function. I remeber cmd+-> key command would get me to the end of the line i opusmodus previously, but that doesnt work anymore in 3.0. Can anyone tell me what's the new key command is for jumping to the end of the line. Alt+-> still works for jumping to the end of the word. If anyone has found other changed key commands that they frequently used, feel free to post them below. Best, Anders

Is it possible to send out midi from one instrument on different channels? For example, a violin that will send out everything marked 'ordinario' on channel 1, 'trem' on channel 2, 'tasto' on channel 3 'artificial harmonic' on channel 4 and so on? Or is it only possible to send out program changes with these different attributes? I'm using the UVI Workstation with the Ircam solo instruments, and they have implemented it so you can have all the different techniques on the different midi channels, and it doesn't respond to program changes.
